| I want to know what is your opinion and personal experience trying products for muscle mass, I would like to know what brand or products have work the best for you, and also, where to get them cheaper in the UK

| It all depends, each brand is specialized in particular supplements and goals, BSN is more teach and hardcore and expensive, Muscletech is more for people already in shape, more than the average newbie and Gaspari and VPX are a small brands with some good products for weight loss, energy and performance. Optimum, Met-Rx and Syntrax are good for proteins, muscle growth and pre-workout, I hope this helps!
