I need to find some information, real reliable sources of how to get a perfect diet or supplement that can slow down aging. I look my age, which is bad enough now that I'm 45, and things are not getting better. Can someone share some information about how can get into a diet system or find natural supplements that can help me look younger or stop my body from aging so quick? Thank you all!
