I can suggest 2 of the best ones available. Monster iCarPlay Wireless - FM Transmitter for iPods with Dock Connection. Plug the iCarPlay Wireless charger end into the 12v outlet (cigarette lighter) in your car and plug the other end into the dock connector on the bottom of your iPod. Select an FM station on the iCarPlay Wireless, and find the same station on your car stereo; pick your favorite song on your iPod and you're ready to roll. Your music transmits wirelessly to your car stereo using FM radio frequencies.

Monster Smart Digital Charging technology rapidly charges your iPod, and then switches to a trickle charge to optimize its performance. You'll never have to worry about running out of power while using your iCarPlay Wireless.

Compatible with: iPod Shuffle, iPod Nano, iPod Mini, iPod Video, iPod Photo, iPod U2,iPod 4th Gen w/click wheel, iPod 3rd Gen w/dock.

Griffin iTrip FM transmitter for docking iPods. If you're still using a clunky cassette-style adapter to connect your iPod to the car stereo, consider cutting the wires with Griffin's iTrip FM transmitter. The iTrip lets you transmit music from the iPod directly to the car's FM tuner. While the sound quality through any portable FM transmitter is less than perfect, the iTrip sounds decent, though some interference is noticeable at times. These units let you choose the broadcasting frequency from the iPod's elegant interface, unlike others that offer a sp****r range of frequencies that must be selected via a tiny switch.
